What: 10 weekly 2-hour Group Coaching Sessions (includes facilitated small group discussion and nervous system settling activities)

When: Wednesdays 4-6pm PST / 6-8 pm CST / 7-9pm EST (Begins 3/5/25)

Where: Zoom

Why: Racial Battle Fatigue and Institutional Betrayal from DEI Backlash cause physical and mental health injuries and damage careers. This group shares research about racial trauma, the neuroscience of trauma healing, employee self-defense strategies, warning signs to avoid toxic jobs while on the job market, and information about the mechanisms of workplace abuse, bullying, and mobbing that are often used to force DEI leaders out of the company. In addition to didactic presentations summarizing the research literature, participants will also practice somatic exercises to settle the nervous system, and engage in small group discussions with
other DEI Backlash Survivors.

This is professional group coaching, not therapy. No clinical or legal advice is provided.

Hostile Workplace Recovery, LLC reserves the right to refuse service. This group has a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, anti-LGBT bias, ableism, and stigma of any sort will not be tolerated.
